On August 22, 2023, the Fantasy Sports Alliance family lost one of its true originals with the passing of my father and the proud owner of the Killers.

A member of our community since 1996, Dad built a legacy that will never be forgotten. Through 2013, his teams compiled a 148-109-2 record, highlighted by four trips to the WRL Bowl game and championships in 2005 and 2010. In 2019, he reached the pinnacle of his FSA career with induction into the Hall of Fame, a moment made even more special because he entered alongside his best friend, Greg DeLong.

But beyond the numbers and trophies, Dad was so much more. He was a mentor, a competitor, and a man who made the league feel like family. He always finding joy in the strategy, the competition, and the friendships it created. To me, he was not just a Hall of Famer in the league, but in life.

Dad will forever be remembered as a great man, a great mentor, and one of the pillars of FSA. His impact on the game and on us as people will always live on.
